Kulla e Andrrave provides private short-term tourist accommodation in Grykë-Lugje, Shkrel, Malësi e Madhe, Albania.

The website provides information about the property, facilities, photographs, availability and prices to help guests make an informed booking decision.

3. Use of the website

You may use this website to obtain information, contact Kulla e Andrrave and, when online booking is available, request and pay for a stay.

You must provide accurate information when submitting a booking or contacting us and must not use the website for fraudulent, unlawful or abusive purposes.

4. Availability and booking

Accommodation is subject to availability.

Dates displayed as available may become unavailable before completion of a reservation if another valid reservation is confirmed first.

A direct reservation is confirmed only when the booking process has been successfully completed and you receive a confirmation from Kulla e Andrrave.

5. Prices

Prices for direct bookings are displayed in euros (EUR) unless expressly stated otherwise.

The applicable accommodation price is calculated on the server according to the dates selected and the pricing rules in effect for the requested stay.

Stay-duration discounts, seasonal prices or other applicable pricing rules may therefore change the nightly rate.

The total amount payable, together with any applicable taxes or additional mandatory charges, will be disclosed before you confirm payment.

6. Secure online payment

When online card payment is available, payment may be processed using RaiAccept and the acquiring banking infrastructure made available to Kulla e Andrrave.

You may be redirected to a secure payment environment to enter and authenticate your payment card information, including any required 3-D Secure authentication.

Kulla e Andrrave does not receive or store your complete payment card number or CVV.

7. Payment confirmation

A payment is considered successful only after the payment provider confirms the transaction.

A payment attempt that is declined, cancelled, expired or otherwise unsuccessful does not constitute successful payment.

Kulla e Andrrave may verify the final transaction status with the payment provider before confirming the reservation.

8. Cancellation and refund policy

For reservations made directly with Kulla e Andrrave:

• A cancellation made at least 24 hours before the scheduled check-in time is eligible for a full refund.
• A cancellation made less than 24 hours before the scheduled check-in time is non-refundable.
• A no-show is non-refundable.

To request a cancellation, please contact Kulla e Andrrave using the customer service details below and provide your booking reference.

Where a refund is due, Kulla e Andrrave will initiate the refund through the applicable payment provider. The time required for the refunded amount to appear on your account may depend on your bank or card issuer.

9. Changes to a reservation

Requests to change dates, guest details or other elements of a reservation are subject to availability and acceptance by Kulla e Andrrave.

A change of dates may result in a different price because pricing rules depend on the dates and duration of the stay.

10. Guest responsibilities

Guests are expected to use the property responsibly, respect the accommodation, its equipment and surroundings, and comply with the house information and reasonable instructions provided for the stay.

The person making the reservation is responsible for providing accurate guest information and for ensuring that members of their group comply with the applicable conditions of the stay.

11. Exceptional circumstances

In exceptional circumstances outside our reasonable control, it may become impossible to provide all or part of the booked accommodation service.

In such a case, we will contact the guest as soon as reasonably possible and seek an appropriate solution in accordance with the circumstances and applicable law.

12. Website information

We make reasonable efforts to keep descriptions, availability, photographs and other information on the website accurate and current.

Minor changes to furnishings, equipment or other details may occur over time without materially changing the nature of the accommodation service.

13. Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any responsibility or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Guests remain responsible for their personal belongings and for exercising reasonable care during their stay.

14. Privacy

Personal information relating to enquiries, reservations and payments is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

15. Acceptance of these Terms

Before completing an online booking or payment, you may be required to confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

By completing a direct reservation, you agree to the version of these Terms presented to you at the time of booking.

These Terms and direct accommodation services provided by Kulla e Andrrave are subject to the applicable laws of the Republic of Albania.
